Introducing our 2023 Theme:
Duty. Honor. Sacrifice. Honoring our Community’s Heroes.
25 years ago in January 1998, our community lost two heroes when Officer John Kalaman (CPD) and Firefighter Robert O’Toole were tragically killed in the line-of-duty while responding to an accident on I-675. Both were hometown boys and their families both continue to live in this community. We will honor their sacrifice and that of their families while honoring the lives their deaths have impacted through the Respect for Law and Firefighter of the Year awards created in their memory by the Centerville Noon Optimists.
